Orders are processed and shipped during the regular business days of Monday through Friday.
Orders placed on Fridays, weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped within two business days. If you have any questions feel free to contact our customer service team.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS:
* USPS Express 2-Day: Orders ship Monday - Friday. Allow for processing times. Delivery is guaranteed in 2 business days once the package departs our warehouse. Please note: Service delays can occur due to weather or other disruptions.
* USPS Overnight: Orders will be delivered the next business day if your order is placed before 12 PM PST Monday through Friday.
Due to the high volume of orders and COVID, delays are expected.
Processing times can take up to 3 business days. Once shipped, your order will be delivered in 2 business days. The estimated time that can be expected to receive your package can be up to one week.

* USPS ships Monday – Friday, so all orders received on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
* For security reasons, Copacabana online purchases over $500 will require a signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to Puerto Rico, P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through USPS.

* Merchandise must be sent (or postmarked) within 30 days of the original shipment date in order to receive a refund.

* All returns received after 30 days will be credited to a gift card.
* All U.S. returns using the USPS return label provided will have $9.00 withheld from their refunded amount for shipping & handling.
* Please use enclosed shipping label and place it on the outside of your return package following the instructions on your packing list. Drop it off at any USPS Authorized Ship Center.
* Once we receive the return, processing may take up to 10 business days to complete.
* Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
* Your refund will appear in your account once the item(s) is processed. It may take 2-3 business days depending on your financial institution.
* Merchandise must not be worn, altered, washed, have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
* Final Sale items may not be returned.
* Copacabana Beachwear monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
